Extrasensory perception is the ability to sense what would otherwise be unknown. This phenomenon can be perceived via a normal sense (like sight) or it may involve a purely emotional perception (like a "bad feeling"). It is also known as ESP or second sight. When future events are perceived it has also been called precognition or premonition.
